# Our Validator

The Guardian Validator is the core offering our team brings to the Solana ecosystem. <br>

Running a performant, ethical and secure node is the main objective along with putting a key focus/interest in ensuring our stakers are rewarded to the absolute maximum while maintaining a forward looking sustainable future for our node and stakers.&#x20;

Coming with the teams vast technical & market related knowledge our skill set will allow us to provide an adaptive validator environment that will always strive to be on the cutting edge of performance and serve on the font lines of the Solana ecosystem.

Our focus lies in these key areas:

* Performance based results.
* Evidence based approach.
* Maximum value for our stakers.
* Network decentralization and security.&#x20;
* Long term prosperity.

### Mainnet-beta Node:

We've secured a state-of-the-art data center with priority connections to ensure our validator operates at peak performance. Upholding our commitment to decentralization, we've carefully managed our validator's $SOL concentration within the data center to remain well below 1%, reflecting our ethical standards.

We have spared no expense in acquiring cutting-edge hardware specifically optimized for high-performance validation. Our entry into this space is backed by brand-new, top-tier hardware, meticulously tailored to achieve the fastest possible validator performance. Through extensive testnet experiments and analysis of current validator hardware, we've identified underutilized performance metrics that we can leverage to gain a competitive edge.

However, it's not just about the hardware. Our dedication to optimizing the validator client and structuring the software environment is equally crucial. We put 110% effort into running our products, and this dedication will be evident in our APY.

### Testnet:

As of October 2024, we've been successfully operating a fully functional validator on the testnet for over 50 epochs. This period has allowed us to thoroughly test and refine high-risk performance scenarios, monitoring, and hotswap-failover situations. We've tested both the Native Anza and Jito clients.

We can confidently say that we've accounted for and streamlined as many potential challenges as possible when running a high-performance validator. However, we understand that mainnet operations present a different set of challenges. To that end, we've established strong relationships with two of the top validators in the space, ensuring we're prepared to navigate the complexities of mainnet validation.\
